Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Security Testing Delivery Lead to drive the execution, coordination, and governance of regulatory security testing and assurance activities in Massachusetts. The role partners with testing teams, remediation owners, and Lines of Defense to ensure progress is transparent and aligned with remediation timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical program management or cybersecurity program delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional cybersecurity remediation testing or assurance activities.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking progress.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology risk, or regulatory remediation programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end coordination of regulatory cybersecurity remediation testing activities.
• Drive day-to-day team execution by facilitating stand-ups, managing dependencies, blockers, and delivery visibility.
• Own and maintain Jira and Confluence spaces to track testing progress, actions, and artifacts.
• Coordinate with remediation owners, Lines of Defense, and program stakeholders to align with timelines and commitments.
• Manage stakeholder engagement related to test plans, feedback, and validation reports.
