Job summary

GitLab Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join the Trust and Safety team within the security division.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams to mitigate fraud and abuse, translating technical requirements into business actions and driving implementations across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance. You will leverage AI to develop early detection and triage for fraud risks, and lead initiatives in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, security program mgmt, or trust & safety, fraud, or risk operations.
• Working knowledge of fraud patterns like account takeover, payment fraud, bot signups, and phishing.
• Clear, concise written communication suited to an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
