Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the San Diego area seeks a Security Systems Senior Sales Executive to grow our commercial security systems business. You will build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and end-users and drive opportunities from prospecting to closure.

Target the local market, manage forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven security solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in security systems, low voltage systems or related.
• Verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to develop account plans and strategic sales.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new orders/booking and profit goals based on assigned quota.
• Develop and maintain a funnel of opportunities and forecast order intake.
• Understand marketplace, competitors, and customer influencers across region.
• Position Siemens as a market leader and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Spend at least 50% of time in customer-facing activities and travel ~10% as needed.
