Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security system installation and service.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Ensure work meets Pavion quality standards and safety requirements.
• Serve as field lead for technicians, project managers, and customers.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to improve team performance.
• Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution.
• Maintain documentation of progress, changes, and completion reports.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays.
