Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a Lead Technician to supervise security installers across multiple job sites in Orlando, FL. You will plan, coordinate daily installation activities, oversee progress, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

You'll perform advanced installation and troubleshooting of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, maintain accurate documentation, and mentor junior technicians to raise the team’s skill level while upholding Pavion's safety standards and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security system installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security installers across multiple job sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily installation activities to meet schedules and scope.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Ensure workmanship complies with Pavion quality standards and safety requirements.
• Serve as primary field contact for technicians, project managers, and customers.
