Job summary

Pavion seeks a Lead Technician to oversee security installation teams across multiple sites. You will plan daily activities, perform advanced installation and troubleshooting of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, and ensure workmanship meets Pavion standards.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate materials, manage site documentation, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5+ years in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion).
• Lenel Onguard certification and programming experience required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to stay on schedule and within scope.
• Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Ensure work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Serve as primary field contact for technicians, project managers, and customers.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve skills.
• Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution.
• Maintain accurate job progress documentation and reports.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and rework.
