Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Supervisor to lead our security team at the Santa Ana HQ. You will hire, train, and manage security personnel, overseeing access control, CCTV, and incident responses to ensure a safe workplace.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in security, including 5+ years in corporate security management, plus a valid CA BSIS Guard Card and driver’s license. Onsite role in Santa Ana, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in security, with 5+ years in corporate security management.
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card and Driver’s License required.

Responsabilités

• Interview, hire, train and manage security staff per policy.
• Oversee contracted security services and vendor performance.
• Respond to incidents at any time; maintain access control and CCTV.
• Maintain key control and liaise with other departments.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct security team reviews.
• Investigate discrepancies confidentially.
