Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees the administrative duties (e.g., policies, budget, meetings, payroll, time management) to ensure the division runs efficiently.
• Provides customer service by phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
• Reports suspicious or dangerous situations to appropriate emergency personnel or supervisor.
• Opens/closes building, inspects entrances, and monitors alarms for safety.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to prevent security breaches and enforce rules.
