Job summary

Department of the Air Force Headquarters is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to oversee security programs for Special Access Programs (SAPs) at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role emphasizes leadership of information systems security and personnel security programs.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing security programs for Special Access Programs (SAPs).
• Familiarity with DCIPS policies and DoD security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and guidance for the Information Security Program for SAPs as designated by the Secretary of the Air Force.
• Directs the Administration of the Information Systems Security Program and the USAF-wide classification SAP Information System Security Program.
• Directs the Personnel Security Program.
• Provides policy interpretation and guidance for the Personnel Security Program for SAP stakeholders.
• Directs the Physical Security Program and ensures documentation and accreditors of SAP Facilities are performed.
