Job summary

AE Business Solutions is seeking a Security Operations Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in Madison, WI. This permanent, hybrid role blends advanced security engineering with pre-sale consulting and client advisory responsibilities.

You will lead design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise security and network solutions, mentor engineers, and partner with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Project Managers to drive client success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
Deeply knowledgeable and experienced in modern data networking domains and modern network security.
Four or more years of hands-on implementation experience in multiple areas listed.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex security and network solutions.
Provide senior technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
Design client solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Support and enhance security and network infrastructure for managed services clients.
Develop expertise in clients' environments and map requirements to AE's offerings.
Deliver exceptional client experience with expert communication and service delivery.
Communicate professionally with clients and cross-functional teams.
