Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of complex security and network infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Provide senior technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Design client solutions based on business and technical requirements in collaboration with architects and project teams.
• Support and enhance managed security and network services.
• Develop deep knowledge of clients’ environments and AE offerings to map requirements to solutions.
• Deliver expert communications and high-quality service to clients at all levels.
