Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.

• Texas Private Security Level III Training or valid PSB Level III/L4 license required.
• Minimum 1 year in a senior or supervisory management position.

• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 6-8 personnel at designated sites.
• Perform internal guard services and roving patrols.
• Coordinate scheduling and time-off requests.
• Recruit, interview and hire new team members.
• Maintain weapons qualification and lethal/non-lethal proficiency.
• Collaborate with client and leadership to ensure high service quality.
