Job summary

The Osen-Hunter Group LLC in Monahans, TX is seeking an Assistant Site Security Manager to support the Site Security Manager by supervising guards, coordinating deployments, and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors.

The role requires 7 years in security operations with at least 3 in a leadership capacity, a relevant degree or equivalent, a Texas security officer license (Level II preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 7 years of security operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations listed in the requirements.
• Current Texas noncommissioned security officer license and Level II training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor-vehicle record.
• Able to meet licensing, training, and qualification requirements of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day security operations and ensure guards are deployed, trained, and scheduled to meet client requirements.
• Support Site Security Manager in client relationship management and timely, high-quality reporting and briefings.
• Lead and mentor staff in recruitment, onboarding, and training of guards in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect personnel and assets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incident reports, training records, and audits.
