Job summary

Admiral Security Services seeks a proven supervisor for a downtown Austin high rise. You will oversee multiple officers, manage access control, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with post orders and procedures.

The role requires leadership training and a clean disciplinary record, with on-call availability and strong customer service skills. You will coordinate with the client and ADM management to maintain security coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Attend Admiral Leadership training.
• Internal candidates must have an exemplary record with no disciplinary action within a year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple security officers at a downtown Austin high rise.
• Know the property, post orders, emergency contacts and procedures.
• Enforce client and company policies.
• Conduct routine foot patrols and report safety hazards.
• Report issues to the operations manager, client, and ADM managers.
• Interact with clients, tenants, visitors and public safety officials.
• Provide on-the-job training for new staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all site equipment.
• Schedule officers for full coverage.
• Inspect officer appearances, licenses, and uniforms.
• Review reports and sign-in sheets for accuracy.
• Provide disciplinary action and performance improvement plans as needed.
• Review post orders and suggest changes to senior management.
