Job summary

Personalization Mall seeks an EHSS Senior Officer to safeguard personnel, property and assets via CCTV, access control, and dispatch operations. You will lead shift activities, communicate daily briefings, and document incidents across the organization.

You will coordinate with HR and the EHSS Director to ensure policy enforcement, conduct hazard analyses, and respond to emergencies including medical incidents and alarms, while delivering strong customer service and visitor management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years security experience.
• DPSST certification within 30 days of hire (Oregon Only) or state-specific training for security.

Responsibilities

• Manage badge access program.
• Manage key distribution for campus.
• Provide training to new officers.
• Respond to calls for assistance from departments.
• Prepare and review incident reports.
• Provide safety, security, and fire safety support activities.
• Conduct general inspections for safety and security risks.
• Investigate crimes against the company.
• Collaborate with supervisors to support site safety and security operations.
• Provide emergency medical response, including First Aid and CPR.
