Collaboration with HR and the EHSS Director ensures policy enforcement and incident documentation throughout the organization. The officer will manage badge access, key distribution, incident reporting, emergency response, and inspections, while training

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and ability to lead safety/security tasks.
• Ability to coordinate daily safety/security operations and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Manage badge access program.
• Manage key distribution for campus.
• Provide training to new officers.
• Respond to calls for assistance from departments.
• Prepare and review incident reports.
• Provide safety, security, and fire safety support activities.
• Conduct general inspections for safety and security risks.
• Investigate employee safety and security improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to support site safety and life safety operations.
• Provide emergency medical response including First Aid/CPR.
• Greet customers, issue visitor badges, and enforce badge procedures.
