Job summary

Personalization Mall in Atlanta, GA is seeking an EHSS Senior Officer to safeguard personnel, property, and assets via CCTV, access control, dispatch, and patrol oversight. You will lead shifts, coordinate daily safety tasks, and document incidents across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR and the EHSS Director to enforce policies, deliver daily briefings, and ensure accurate incident reporting. The role requires a 8:00pm–4:00am schedule, five days a week, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of security experience.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to produce accurate, concise incident and safety reports.
• Ability to prioritize and stay composed amid distractions.
• DPSST certification required within 30 days of hire (Oregon Only).
• Able to work a variable schedule with overtime.
• Proficient with PCs and MS Office applications.
• Background check, drug screen, and driving record review may be required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Physical requirements include walking, running, climbing, lifting, bending, and driving.

Responsibilities

• Manage badge access program.
• Manage key distribution for campus.
• Provide training to new officers.
• Respond to calls for assistance from departments throughout the company.
• Prepare and review incident reports.
• Provide safety, security, and fire safety support activities with hazard analysis and incident investigation.
• Inspect safety and security at departments and facilities.
• Investigate staff safety and security improvement suggestions.
• Investigate campus crimes and gather information.
• Collaborate with supervisors to support life safety operations; respond to requests for assistance including alarms.
• Provide emergency medical response, including First Aid and CPR.
• Assist lobby receptionists and enforce visitor badge procedures.
• Assist paramedics and/or in-house nurse when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
