Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the field of security.
• 5+ years security management experience supervising staff.
• Experience with ITAR and safeguarding sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the overall strategy for site security, aligning with business objectives.
• Serve as trusted security advisor to senior management through high-level communication.
• Establish procedures to assess and mitigate security vulnerabilities or gaps.
• Maintain compliant operations across laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement security measures, emergency plans, and protocols.
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal groups on security information.
• Maintain security equipment (cameras, alarms, access control).
• Assess effectiveness of security systems and responses.
• Make decisions in routine and crisis situations.
• Drive efficient work processes and address security issues promptly.
