You will oversee large installations from kickoff through completion, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security or systems integration, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and experience managing multimillion-dollar

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in electronic security, low‑voltage, or systems integration.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar security projects.
• Strong understanding of access control and video surveillance.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and field installation teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale electronic security projects from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, procurement, installation, testing, and closeout.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project financials and profitability while meeting contractual requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, general contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to minimize delays and exposure.
