Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety is seeking a Project Manager III to lead highly complex security installation programs in the Andover, MA area. You will guide scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, and resources across multi-technology systems.

You will mentor junior PMs, manage vendor negotiations, and deliver executive-level status updates while safeguarding margins and project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading large, complex security installations.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical, operations, and executive levels.
• Strong financial management skills including cost control and procurement strategies.
• Experience with ConnectWise and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of highly complex security installation projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource allocation.
• Manage project financials by controlling costs, negotiating with vendors, optimizing procurement, and protecting project margins.
• Identify project risks and scope changes early, negotiating change orders and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders including executives, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Oversee complex multi-technology system integrations and support troubleshooting for network or interoperability issues.
• Communicate project status, financial performance, risks, and key metrics through executive-level updates and stakeholder reporting.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members while ensuring installation quality standards and continuous improvement across projects
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
