Job summary

TEKsystems in Lebanon, IN seeks a Security Superintendent to oversee field operations for large commercial security and access control projects. You will lead technicians and project leads, coordinate installation activities, ensure quality workmanship, and drive projects to successful completion.

• Experience leading field operations on commercial security system projects.
• Strong knowledge of access control, alarm, and CCTV systems.
• Experience managing technicians and project leads.
• Ability to interpret project plans and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial security system installations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project leads and technicians.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure successful installation of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and installation challenges.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system performance verification activities.
• Enforce safety requirements, company procedures, and industry best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates and documentation.
• Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
