Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Security Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial security projects in Lebanon, IN. You will lead technicians and project leads, coordinate installation activities, and ensure on-time delivery of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and integrated security systems.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in commercial security installations, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive safety and quality on active construction

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of leadership in commercial security system installations.
• Extensive experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Experience supervising technicians and field crews; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial security and low-voltage projects.
• Mentor and develop Security Project Leads and technicians.
• Coordinate manpower, scheduling, milestones, and installation activities.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Ensure work meets project specs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Track progress and maintain documentation and reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and liaise with customers and subcontractors.
• Support customer system acceptance and project closeout.
