Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Business Unit Security Manager for the Huntsville site. Lead security operations, build cross‑sector partnerships, and drive compliant, mission‑focused security posture across the GC2S BU.

Responsibilities include crisis management and policy alignment with enterprise directives. The role requires Top Secret clearance eligibility, extensive security experience, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of security experience.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access ability.
• In-depth NISPOM knowledge and handling of clearances.
• Experience leading crisis management teams and multi-discipline security staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead security operations for a geográhically dispersed BU.
• Set security priorities, budgets, and cross‑sector collaboration.
• Coordinate crisis management across multiple disciplines and sites.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements and enterprise policy.
