Job summary

Apple Services Engineering (ASE) is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead a team of Security Engineering Program Managers supporting Risk & Vulnerability Management in Seattle.

You will drive end-to-end programs, scale the Vulnerability Management process, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable risk reductions while aligning with Apple’s security priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management, including 4+ years in security program management.
• 3+ years leading people (program managers or engineers).
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams at varying levels.
• Proficient in managing complex projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Solid understanding of software development, systems engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Security Engineering Program Managers.
• Define and operationalize risk and vulnerability management programs end-to-end.
• Partner with Risk & Vulnerability Management and engineering leaders to build roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes.
• Use data to identify trends and drive remediation prioritization.
• Define and report on program health and risk posture to leadership.
• Communicate status, issues, and risk with stakeholders at all levels.
