Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, including 4+ years in security-related programs.
• 3+ years leading teams of program managers, engineers, or technical professionals.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members at different career stages.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to use data to identify security risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Solid understanding of software development or systems engineering relevant to vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Security Engineering Program Managers through hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Foster an inclusive team culture with accountability and continuous learning.
• Define and deliver end-to-end risk and vulnerability management programs with scope, timelines, and prioritization.
• Partner with Risk & Vulnerability Management and engineering leaders to build roadmaps and executable plans.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Use data to identify high-impact opportunities to reduce security risk and drive prioritization.
• Define and report program health, progress, and remediation metrics to leadership.
• Develop communication plans to share status and risk posture with stakeholders at all levels.
• Build consensus and influence without direct authority to advance objectives.
• Improve security program planning and running across ASE by iterating on processes and metrics.
