Apple Inc. in Seattle seeks an experienced Security Engineering Program Manager to lead programs that embed security standards into infrastructure and lifecycles. You will turn engagement findings into reusable engineering standards and drive platform-wide security improvements across teams.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to define priorities, manage dependencies, and communicate program health and risks to leadership, helping raise the security bar for Apple’s engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects or programs in the field of security.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects, including scopes, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience tracking large volumes of work items across many teams with metrics and ownership.
• BS in technical field or equivalent industry experience

• Operationalize cross-functional security initiatives and programs needing security domain, systems, and engineering knowledge.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Create project plans delivering clarity and alignment across teams.
• Shape technical direction with senior engineers, distilling requirements and trade-offs.
• Influence peers and stakeholders and build consensus amid ambiguity.
• Develop and own communication plans for program status, issues, and risks.
• Define and report on program health, success metrics, and progress.
• Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and prioritization at leadership level.
