Job summary

F5 is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Office of the CISO. The role leads enterprise-wide programs, shaping strategy, developing execution plans, and driving on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will influence cross-functional teams and executives to accelerate security and technology initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in program management, with a track record of delivering complex projects, and an MBA or PMP/PgMP certification highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• MBA or equivalent is desirable.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with business objectives.
• Design, build and maintain program execution plans and roadmaps across multiple functions.
• Identify workstreams and monitor execution per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget.
• Establish team structure for each workstream and guide project leads and coordinators.
• Create and monitor KPIs for the program and report progress to leadership.
• Partner with Change Management to drive business readiness and adoption.
• Establish governance, handle issues and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate communication across business units and stakeholders; ensure transparency.
