NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES seeks a Supervisory Security Specialist to lead the N03S Security Office. The role requires at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 in security programs for SCI and collateral information.

You will assess programs, develop guidelines and materials, plan and mentor staff, and communicate clearly in writing and speech to support enterprise security objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 in security (SCI and collateral).
• Knowledge of security administration across multiple disciplines (SCI and collateral).
• Ability to assess security programs, threats, and vulnerabilities and propose mitigations.
• Ability to develop guidelines and security materials for use across the organization.
• Ability to plan, organize, mentor and motivate staff.
• Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations to meet program requirements.
