Job summary

P-11 Security, based near Virginia, seeks an Activity Security Representative to provide multi-disciplined security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. You will perform day-to-day tasks including classification reviews, documentation control, and access procedures to ensure compliance and protect critical information.

The role requires 3-5 years of related security experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, current Secret clearance, and willingness to travel within the AOR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• 3-5 years related security experience.
• Knowledge of DCIDs/JAFANs and policy documents.
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Perform destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic data files for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control functions.
• Assist with processing inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Assist with researching, processing, filing inbound/outbound visit notices.
• Escort facility visitors and log them.
• Assist in preparation of facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control systems and visitor control.
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System and billets/quota.
• Maintain security files for personnel.
• Follow and enforce customer SOPs.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Provide miscellaneous admin support as directed by site lead.
