Job summary

TAC Integrated Solutions invites a Program Security Representative III to deliver multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. You will operate day-to-day within the DC area, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and related policies while mentoring team members.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 10–12 years of security experience, and the ability to work across government and contractor environments, including training staff and coordinating security activities.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of related security experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for SAP information access.
• SPED certifications -> experience considered for 5 years.
• Counterintelligence polygraph willingness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support for SAP/SCI activities and risk assessments.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security policies and systems.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to integrate lessons learned into training curricula.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics and compliance.
