• Ability to lead and motivate technical teams while balancing priorities.
• Experience managing cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure, or engineering functions.
• Experience leading technical teams in cybersecurity or IT environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise security technologies and the infrastructure that enables them.
• Experience developing operational processes and support models for complex environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern enterprise tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple Security Engineering & Platform teams.
• Establish strategic direction and roadmaps for cybersecurity platforms.
• Collaborate with internal customers, technology teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and support their growth and development.
• Oversee administration, support, and optimization of security monitoring and automation platforms.
• Manage cloud-hosted and on‑prem environments for cybersecurity tech.
• Drive automation via orchestration, scripting, APIs, and best practices.
• Ensure platforms are monitored, maintained, and improved for security and efficiency.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization.
• Support incident response and security operations through reliable platform engineering.
• Run projects and vendor evaluations to advance security capabilities.
• Partner with Security Architecture to transition new tech into support models.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and standards.
