Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple Security Engineering & Platform teams.
• Set strategic direction and roadmaps for cybersecurity platforms.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders across tech and business units.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
• Oversee security monitoring, automation, and cyber defense platforms.
• Manage cloud-hosted and on‑prem environments.
• Drive automation via orchestration, scripting, and APIs.
• Ensure platforms are monitored, maintained, and upgraded.
• Lead lifecycle activities: upgrades, migrations, integrations, modernization.
• Support incident response and security operations through platform engineering.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology evaluations.
• Participate in proofs-of-concept and platform assessments.
• Partner with Security Architecture to transition new tech to operations.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and standards.
