Job summary

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Security Operations to lead and scale its global Detection Engineering and CIDR teams. You will transform SecOps into an intelligence-driven defense, reducing risk across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and endpoints, in partnership with GRC, Infra, and Product Security leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise security operations, detection engineering, and incident response across hybrid cloud and SaaS environments.
• Deep knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms, EDR, cloud telemetry architectures, and detection-as-code with CI/CD pipelines.
• Threat-informed defense with MITRE ATT&CK mapping and validated control effectiveness via automated testing and threat hunting.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence with Infrastructure and Engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct Detection Engineering & Incident Response strategy with objectives, SLAs, and automated workflows.
• Lead threat-informed detection deployment and validation with MITRE ATT&CK alignment.
• Oversee telemetry ingestion from multi-cloud, endpoint, network, and SaaS sources into SIEM/SOAR to reduce false positives.
• Direct major incident governance, root-cause analyses, and executive dashboards for risk reporting to the board.
• Manage SecOps teams, budget priorities, and professional development across security squads.
