GoodLeap is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, Security Operations to protect our cloud environments, applications, endpoints, and corporate systems through detection engineering and incident response. You will design detections, lead investigations, and manage security tooling across cloud, identity, endpoint, and email.

You will build AI agents and automation to shorten detection and response times, mentor the team, and collaborate with engineering, IT, and compliance to apply strong controls

Formación

• Experience in detection engineering, SIEM queries, and detection-as-code.
• Incident response with log analysis and cloud investigations.
• AWS cloud security knowledge and IAM controls.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and tune detections across cloud, identity, endpoint, and email telemetry.
• Lead investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery for security incidents.
• Deploy and manage security tooling including cloud monitoring, EDR (CrowdStrike), and email security.
• Build AI agents and automation for alert triage, enrichment, investigation, and response.
• Mentor the security team and partner engineering teams to mature security operations.
