Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience in security with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise management, site supervisors, and security officers.
• Recruit new talent with regional HR support and onboarding.
• Train and develop staff to meet standards of efficiency, profitability, and ethics.
• Promote positive employee relations and resolve issues with management guidance.
• Coordinate site goals with customers and manage weekly hours and schedules.
• Ensure accounts stay on budget and meet service targets.
• Foster client relations and expose new opportunities and markets.
