Job summary

Sunstates Security in Dalton, GA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple accounts and oversee day-to-day site security operations. The role focuses on developing staff, guiding onboarding, and ensuring policy compliance across the region.

You will manage payroll and billing coordination, perform site assist visits, and partner with Regional leadership as well as Sales and Marketing to seize new opportunities. Salary up to $75,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations and teams.
• Experience with onboarding, interviewing, and training staff.
• Familiarity with payroll, billing, and QA processes.
• Ability to supervise and enforce policy standards.
• Strong collaboration with regional leadership and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day operations.
• Oversee onboarding, including new hire interviews, selection, training, licensure, and paperwork.
• Training subordinate supervisors on software systems and enforcing policy consistency.
• Coordinating payroll, billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Carrying out site assist visits and audits in accordance with QA program.
• Coordinating with Regional Manager and Regional Director to establish branch goals and communicate them with branch staff.
• Working with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Sunstates Security has an immediate opening for a talented and motivated Operations Manager to manage multiple accounts in Dalton, GA, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to employees and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

This position offers a full compensation package of up to $ 75,000.00, which includes --

• Annual performance-based bonus - up to 10% of base salary

The Operations Manager will assist in the administration of the region by:

• Training, developing, and motivating supervisory staff to effectively oversee all day-to-day operations of the site security personnel.
• Overseeing the employee onboarding process including new hire interviewing, selection of candidates, training and licensure, and new hire paperwork.
• Training subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, and company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice.
• Coordinating operational functions including payroll and billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Carrying out site assist visits and audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program.
• Coordinating with Regional Manager and Regional Director to establish branch goals and objectives and communicate these with branch staff.
• Working with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.
