Job summary

Sunstates Security, a leading private security company, seeks an Operations Manager for Atlanta, GA. You will lead multiple accounts, drive client relationships, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across sites.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and 3+ years of supervisory security experience, with strong organizational and leadership abilities. The package includes up to $75,000 salary, annual bonus, vehicle allowance, full benefits, 401k, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of related supervision in the security industry.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate supervisory staff to oversee site security operations.
• Oversee onboarding: interviewing, hiring, training, licensure, and paperwork.
• Train supervisors on software systems and policies; enforce policy compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling.
• Carry out site assist visits and audits under the QA program.
• Work with Regional Manager to establish branch goals and communicate them to staff.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify new business opportunities.
