Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; certification or vocational training may be required.
• 2 years of relevant security experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant security experience preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License; must serve 12 months probationary period from date of employment.
• Selected candidate is subject to successful completion of a psychological evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Protect outpatient locations by patrolling buildings and grounds and staffing fixed posts.
• Monitor access points, cameras, security and alarm systems; respond to emergencies.
• Lead after-action incident debriefings with clinical staff and provide support resources as needed.
• Oversee patient property and valuables; investigate losses or thefts and employee accidents.
• Submit complete, accurate investigation reports with recommendations.
• Operate with limited supervision and perform department functions as needed.
