LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Security Manager (FSO/SSO) to lead and mature security programs across DoD and IC programs in Tysons, VA. You will supervise security analysts and coordinate with government customers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs, and RMF.

The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance (polygraph preferred) and extensive experience in personnel security, policy development, and incident management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in industrial or government security program management.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR 117, ICDs, SEADs, COMSEC, and handling of classified networks (e.g., SIPRNet, JWICS).
• Hands-on experience with clearance processing systems (DISS, NBIS), access control systems, and security incident management tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and maintain security programs compliant with NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs, and federal regulations.
• Oversee physical and technical security programs (access control, IDS, CCTV) per ICD 705 and NISPOM.
• Direct personnel security, including processing and tracking clearances via DISS/NBIS.
• Prepare and deliver security education, training, and awareness per gov't and company guidelines.
• Draft and implement security policies to align with regulatory mandates.
• Conduct self-inspections and host government/contractor security audits; manage corrective actions.
• Collaborate with ISSM/ISSO on RMF compliance and cyber requirements.
