Job summary

Warp is seeking a senior Security & IT Engineer to own the technology stack inside Warp, ensuring reliable equipment, secure access, and excellent tools. You will define and operate the function, balancing troubleshooting, network design, AI tool deployment, and incident response while coordinating with contractors and partners.

As a hands-on IC role, you’ll drive identity, endpoints, networks, and security controls, and build internal AI workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Broad, hands-on ownership of an internal technology environment spanning employee devices, identity, SaaS applications, networks, workplace systems, and support.
• AI-native working habits; using AI in your work and deploying AI safely across an organization.
• Technical judgment to evaluate, test, debug, and maintain systems regardless of origin (purchased, built, AI-produced or contractor).

Responsibilities

• Own employee technology lifecycle: devices, provisioning, inventory, support, maintenance, retirement.
• Deliver onboarding/offboarding, manage accounts, permissions, badges, access, and asset recovery.
• Build and operate identity, access, endpoints, network infrastructure, and secure remote access.
