Job summary

You will combine AI‑native full‑stack engineering with strong product sense, working closely with chemists, researchers, operators, and customers to ship reliable production software and improve it based on

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production web applications with frontend and backend components.
• Led engineers through multi-month projects and ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• Strong reliability, performance, and maintainability mindset.
• Experience using AI development tools and modern dev stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑stack delivery of scientific workflows from planning to deployment.
• Scope initiatives across multiple months and engineers with milestones.
• Capture user objectives and translate into clear requirements and workflows.
• Build interfaces, services, APIs, and data models that connect planning, execution, and analysis.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions and code reviews.
