This senior individual contributor role covers troubleshooting, network design, AI tool deployment, incident response, and contractor management. The role focuses on safe, reliable equipment, secure access, and integrations that accelerate discovery while

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of an internal technology environment spanning devices, identity, SaaS apps, networks and workplace systems.
• Experience owning SOC 1 and SOC 2 processes through completion, including evidence, remediation, and sustained operation.
• Experience responding to real security incidents, containment, investigation, recovery and lessons learned.
• Ability to work with scientists, engineers, operators and executives to improve security and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee technology lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Build and operate identity, endpoints, networks, and secure remote access.
• Deploy AI technology across Warp; evaluate tools, data handling, rollout and adoption.
• Own SOC 1 and SOC 2 scoping, evidence collection, remediation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor management with clear scope, budgets and handoffs.
• Establish documentation, recovery paths, escalation procedures, and after-hours support when needed.
