Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Senior Incident Response Manager to coordinate enterprise-wide cybersecurity incident response across our Irvine HQ. You will lead investigations with internal teams, vendors, and MSSPs to identify, contain, and remediate incidents while strengthening resilience.

Responsibilities include monitoring security data, managing the SIRP per NIST/ISO 27035, and participating in tabletop exercises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field with 8+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or threat detection.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity incident investigations and remediation efforts.
• Strong understanding of threat landscapes, attack vectors, malware behavior, and incident response methodologies.
• Experience utilizing SIEM/EDR and interpreting security data.
• Ability to analyze security events and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise-wide incident response activities across Hyundai AutoEver America’s technology environment.
• Lead investigations with internal teams, vendors, and MSSPs.
• Monitor and analyze server, endpoint, and network security data for threats.
• Manage and improve the Security Incident Response Plan (SIRP) aligned with NIST/ISO 27035 and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Participate in tabletop exercises and readiness assessments.
• Track incident metrics and reporting requirements.
