Job summary

AGS LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Security Engineer to execute and maintain enterprise security controls across IAM, monitoring, threat and vulnerability management in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. This hands-on senior individual contributor collaborates with Infrastructure, Network, Compliance, and business units to design security by design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Security/IT or equivalent.
• 6+ years of progressive enterprise security experience in hybrid (on-prem & cloud) environments.
• Hands-on delivery in IAM, SIEM/detection engineering, or threat & vulnerability management.
• Experience producing and reporting security metrics for management review.
• Experience documenting technical procedures and runbooks for engineers.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CySA+, GIAC preferred; familiarity with NIST/CIS/ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Execute against the security program roadmap, priorities, and risk decisions.
• Lead technical delivery of security initiatives, including planning and hands-on implementation.
• Implement IAM across hybrid environments with CA, MFA, and access controls.
• Administer identity governance, lifecycle, and app registrations.
• Advance privileged access management and RBAC/ABAC across cloud/SaaS.
• Develop and tune SIEM content, detection rules, and alerting logic.
• Build automation and runbooks for incident response and routine security tasks.
• Coordinate remediation with IT operations; report risk reduction.
• Support audits, certification activities with technical evidence.
