Job summary

AGS is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to serve as the senior technical implementer on the security team, focused on IAM, threat management, and log analytics across hybrid environments. The role includes mentoring peers and leading technical delivery without direct people management.

You will work with Infrastructure, Network, and Compliance to implement security by design, support audits, and drive risk reduction via automation and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Identity & Access Management across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments (SAML, OIDC).
• Experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR deployment and tuning.
• Knowledge of risk-based prioritization, patch orchestration, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Execute against the enterprise security program roadmap and risk decisions.
• Lead technical delivery of security initiatives with hands-on implementation.
• Develop and tune detection content and alerting logic aligned to threat frameworks.
