Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to serve as the senior technical implementer on the AGS security team, driving enterprise security controls across IAM, monitoring, and vulnerability management in hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.

You will mentor other engineers, collaborate with Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business Units, and contribute to playbooks, incident response, and audit activities while balancing security with business enablement. Occasional US travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, Info Security, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years delivering enterprise security solutions in hybrid environments.
• Hands-on delivery in IAM, SIEM/detection, or threat and vulnerability management.
• Experience producing security metrics for management.
• Experience documenting technical procedures and runbooks.
• Experience implementing controls per NIST/CIS/ISO frameworks.
• Familiarity with incident response, forensics, and vulnerability processes.
• Experience supporting external audits or regulatory assessments.
• Ability to take direction and deliver independently.
• Experience in regulated industries (gaming/financial/healthcare) preferred.
• Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CySA+, GIAC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute security program roadmap and risk decisions on behalf of Security Manager.
• Lead technical delivery of security initiatives, with planning and hands-on implementation.
• Implement IAM across hybrid environments with CA, MFA, and SSO.
• Administer identity governance: lifecycle, MFA, self-service reset, app registrations.
• Establish privileged access management and reduce standing admin rights.
• Apply RBAC/ABAC and expand SSO/federation across apps.
• Develop and tune SIEM detection content and alerting.
• Create automation for triage, containment, and notification workflows.
• Support vulnerability management, scanning, and remediation.
• Coordinate remediation with IT operations; track SLA risk reduction.
• Develop runbooks for incident response and perform tabletop exercises.
• Provide risk input to leadership for business communication.
