Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent
• Experience delivering security controls across hybrid environments
• Strong documentation of procedures and runbooks

Responsibilities

• Execute against the security program roadmap and risk decisions.
• Lead hands-on delivery of security initiatives with planning and sequencing.
• Implement IAM across hybrid environments including MFA, SSO, and CA.
• Administer identity governance: joiner/moderator/leaver, app registrations, service principals.
• Implement privileged access management and reduce standing admin rights.
• Apply least privilege models and expand SSO/federation across apps.
• Engineer and expand SIEM and log management platform.
• Develop detection content, alerting, and reduce noise.
• Automate triage, containment, and notification workflows.
• Support vulnerability and patch management with risk-based prioritization.
• Coordinate remediation with IT operations; track SLA.
• Develop runbooks and participate in incident response exercises.
• Support audits and vendor selections with technical input.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and analysts.
