Amazon is hiring for a Senior Engineer in the Field Innovation team within AWS. You will set the technical direction for projects you own, mentor engineers, and ship production-grade AI-enabled systems, including orchestration layers, retrieval pipelines, and agent frameworks.

You will embed with customers, influence service teams, and produce scalable solutions powering security, observability, search and governance for enterprise customers.

Competenze

• 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Experience leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
