Anthropic seeks a Senior Security Engineer to own end-to-end security tooling and controls. You will drive endpoint hardening, extend device-trust and zero-trust access, and build scalable automation across identity and device management.

You’ll lead SaaS security reviews and partner with IT, Security, and Engineering to establish strong, scalable security standards. You will work with a senior, hands-on approach, turning problems into shipped solutions while balancing security with user

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint security engineering across macOS, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting; builds integrations, automation, and tooling.
• Working depth in identity and access management, SaaS security, and zero-trust access.
• Threat-modeling judgment to identify problems, scope, and drive to completion.
• Care for Anthropic's mission and the role of corporate security.

Responsibilities

• Drive endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS with managed devices and policy controls.
• Extend and improve device-trust and zero-trust access controls for secure, scalable access.
• Build automation/integrations to scale security across the organization.
• Lead SaaS and identity governance, including OAuth, delegated admin, and security reviews.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering on telemetry and standards.
