Job summary

Jane App is seeking an Enterprise Security Engineer to harden endpoints, manage identity and access, and drive AI-enabled security improvements across our platform. Qualifications

• 2–4 years in enterprise or infrastructure security, security operations or incident response.
• Hands-on endpoint and EDR experience (CrowdStrike Falcon) and incident response fundamentals.
• Identity and access knowledge across SSO and MFA, Okta or similar IdP, conditional access, least-privilege.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint hardening baseline (CIS, EDR tuning in CrowdStrike Falcon) and manage workstation/mobile vulnerability triage with IT.
• Investigate and contain security incidents; participate in on-call rotation; maintain running playbooks.
• Roll out phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO2), Okta device trust and conditional access; enforce least-privilege across systems.
• Set up data-protection controls (SASE, CASB, DLP) and AI guardrails for internal tools and access.
• Improve SIEM detections (Datadog) and build AI-assisted automation to reduce toil.
